Information you provide

Standout Websites collects the information you choose to submit when you create an account, complete a project intake form, send a project message, approve work, or otherwise use the client portal. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website ideas, business goals, and project feedback.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they found the website, and which actions help them start a project. This can include general device, browser, page, referral, and interaction data. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration. We use this information to improve the website and measure marketing performance.

Payments and account services

Payments are processed through Stripe. Account authentication and project information are supported by Supabase. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices. Standout Websites does not store full payment card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to provide website services, manage projects, communicate about requests, send important account or project updates, process payments, improve the website, and protect the client portal. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request that your client profile or project information be corrected or deleted, subject to records that must be kept for legitimate business, legal, or payment purposes. Use the client portal to contact Standout Websites about a privacy request.
